A conversational AI kiosk understands questions in natural language and answers with information about the place where it stands. In a hotel, Placely brings together hotel information, services, restaurants, spa and nearby recommendations, with a map that guides guests to where they need to go. Simple questions are solved without going through reception, so the team can focus on better service.
The content looks after itself: events, local culture, the weather and relevant news update with no one loading them every day. The same approach works for a stand or an event, with an assistant that knows the product or the destination. Each kiosk is custom-built, in the client’s identity and on the language models best suited to the project.
