Viseni Design, a studio based in Marbella, develops real-time 3D configurators so that buyers can choose the finishes of their home before it is built. Its reference case is VLI Commander, a two-screen station developed in Unreal Engine 5 and installed in a client’s showroom.
A finishes configurator replaces the sample catalogue with the home itself: buyers change a floor or a finish and see the result in that room, with its light and views. In VLI Commander, the main 60" display shows the interior in photorealistic quality and a 32" touchscreen lets them move through the home and choose flooring and finishes for the kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedrooms.
Each configurator is custom-built from the development’s 3D model and the real options offered by the developer. It can run as a fixed station in the sales suite or be built into a virtual tour, an interactive model or a sales app.
