MITMA · Touchless virtual host
A custom web app for a vertical screen where a virtual host answers each visitor’s question with video. It is controlled with a wave of the hand thanks to Leap Motion — no screens or devices to touch.

- What we did
- Custom web app for a vertical screen
- Virtual host with on-demand video
- Touchless gesture control with Leap Motion
- Bespoke device design
We designed a bespoke device with a large vertical screen on which a virtual host greets visitors. Depending on what they ask, the web app plays the video that answers their question, with the feel of a conversation and no queue at the information desk.
Interaction is entirely touchless: a Leap Motion sensor reads hand gestures in mid-air, so visitors browse the content without touching the screen or any device. An innovative interface that anyone understands at first sight, built exclusively for the event.
